Gosling Biography Ms. Gosling was elected Vice President in January 2003. She was a member of the Oakland County Board of Commissioners for 14 years before retiring in January 1995. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Dispute Resolution Settlement Center and is active as a community mediator. She is also a board member of Camp Oakland Youth Programs, Inc. and the Local Development Company. Ms. Gosling has served as a member of the Community Mental Health Board and the Southeast Michigan Council of Governments (SEMCOG).
